Single-User Install:

To install the single user copy, after downloading the file just double click on it and follow all of the prompts. That's it.

About The Multi-User Network Copy:

When you have multiple people answering the phone and taking phone messages, what makes this system so effective is all users log into the same database through the network. That way all phone messages and data is in a common database.

There are a number of steps to setting up the network copy so all users are logging into the same database. We do offer step by step instructions how to setup a network system. Included in the instructions is how to "map a drive" so all users are mapped the same way to the data files for the Phone Log System (your computer IT person will know exactly what I'm saying here).

The setup is not hard at all. To make sure you have no problems, we also include a video showing you how to install and setup the Automated Phone Log program on a server and on each users workstation.  While it's pretty easy, it's nice to have a video showing it step by step.
