In Setup you can add a cc email address that also receives a copy of all phone messages emailed out.

This could be so someone else gets a backup copy of the message, for management to stay on top of their staff or to have one person attach the phone messages to the clients record in their client management system.

You have full control to change the layout of the phone message that is emailed out.

If you setup a Rule in your Outlook, you could have all Phone Messages go to a specific folder under your inbox.

The Automated Phone Logging System is a very simple program that enhances the productivity in a specific area of your business ... handling inbound phone calls. There are 3 key parts to the system:

1. Creating the Phone Message (Click here)

2. The Recipient handling their Phone Message (Click here)

3. Reports and Other Tools (Click here)

In addition to these informational pieces, you can also go to the video page and watch an overview video of the program.  It shows all 3 parts.

The Automated Phone Logging System will ...

  • Save you time taking inbound calls
  • Give your staff a more efficient way of receiving their phone messages
  • Create a log file of all inbound calls
  • Finding a phone message from months ago is a breeze
  • No more loosing the phone message
  • Don't need to interrupt the receptionist to see if you had any phone calls ... just check your inbox
  • You can receive and handle phone messages anywhere you can receive your email ... PDA, Cell Phone, Laptop, from Home or even while on vacation.
  • If you can't take care of the person who called you, just forward the phone message to another employee
  • Many client management systems allow the user to attach emails to a client record.  That's why I designed the system to send emails ... so you can easily attach the phone message to a client record with minimal effort or steps to maintain a complete log of communications with the client.
